I have not received my username and password. How do I request this?

If you have not yet received your username, please create an account in our Student Helpdesk and submit an enquiry.  

If you have your username but have forgotten or not received a password then please use the Forgotten Password facility on the Student Portal. 

Please include your student number in any enquiry you make, for further assistance.
