If you have forgotten your password, you should click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button underneath the log in boxes for the <a href="https://my.london.ac.uk/" target="_blank">Student Portal</a>.&nbsp;
You'll be asked to supply your username (this is a username and NOT your student number or email). We often quote your username on university emails so check there first if you are unsure of your username. If you are a new student then you should receive your username via email prior to you registering so please check your junkmail folder if you have not received this email.&nbsp;
