How do I log in to the Student Portal?

To login to the Student Portal, simply head to https://my.london.ac.uk/ and follow the steps below. 

If you are a current student, an offer-holder ready to register, or a staff member of an RTC/Federation Member, you can log in to the Student Portal by clicking on the 'Sign In' button. 

You may be presented with the account picker screen during the sign-in process. Please select the account that ends with @london.ac.uk. If this account is not listed, click Use another account to enter your credentials.

Please enter your full username when signing in, for example: xxx999@london.ac.uk. 

Your username for the Student Portal is not your University of London issued email address (e.g. xxx999@student.london.ac.uk); and you MUST use the '@london.ac.uk' suffix, so if your username is xxx999 your username will be xxx999@london.ac.uk

Unsure of your username?

We often quote your username on key university emails so please check there first if you are unsure of your username. If you are a new student then you should receive your username via email prior to you registering, so please check your junk-mail folder if you have not received this email. 

Please note, if you are a staff member of an RTC or Federation Member, your username format will be firstname.lastname@london.ac.uk.

You will then need to input your password and you will then be logged in to the student portal.
